The Hudson Public Library now offers (free) notary services for the community. Our licensed professional notary public services are available for all library visitors. While drop-ins are accepted, calling ahead to ensure that a notary is in will make for a better experience. Appointments will not be made outside of regular hours or off premises. To have a document notarized, please bring: a valid and current government- issued ID and the unsigned documents that need to be notarized. Documents must be signed in front of the notary. Documents must be typed (not hand-written) and contain no blank spaces. Our notary reserves the right to refuse to notarize any document at their discretion.
